Our story began during the COVID pandemic when we created BOXMATE – a brand of modular houses from St. Petersburg.

At that time, everyone wanted to get out into the fresh air outside the city, and simplifying this moving process became the company's mission.

We sold a turnkey country life: we found land plots, built houses, furnished them with stylish furniture – you just had to move in and start living!

Later, the founders' visions diverged, and BOXMATE began to develop as an architectural brand.

But Alex Lindholm and part of the team decided to develop the original idea in Europe and choose a Bulgaria as a starting point.

Location

The plot is located in the small village of Kiten, an hour's drive from the city of Varna and the Black Sea.
