Our story began during the COVID pandemic when we created BOXMATE – a brand of modular houses from St. Petersburg. At that time, everyone wanted to get out into the fresh air outside the city, and simplifying this moving process became the company's main goal.
We sold a turnkey country life: we found land plots, built houses, furnished them with stylish furniture—you just had to move in and start living!
Later, the founders' visions diverged, and BOXMATE began to develop as an architectural brand. But Alex Lindholm and part of the team decided to develop the original idea in Europe.

Building the first project: a house in Kiten
Currently, we are working on our first project — a vacation home for a family with children. We are undertaking the full project cycle: demolition of the old structures and landscaping the plot, design and construction of a new, modern house, installation of utilities, etc.
Location
The plot is located in the small village of Kiten, an hour's drive from the city of Varna and the Black Sea.
Master plan
We have already developed the Master Plan: the layout of the house, gazebo, parking, utilities, etc.
House layout
The house's layout takes into account the needs of its future owners and the features of Southern architecture.
